Family Mensa in Liverpool, 29th April 2018

Next stop Liverpool - city of music, football, a Spaceport, and a World War Two submarine carved into small pieces.

U-Boat Story, and Spaceport, Liverpool, 11:30am, Sunday 29th April 2018.

U-534 was sunk in 1945, and is one of only four such submarines preserved in the world. Now converted into a museum, there'll be the opportunity to learn of its history, see how it worked, and explore inside a genuine historical relic.

Then, a mere ferry-ride away, we'll visit Spaceport, an interactive museum of space, science, and more than a touch of sci-fi. We can experience the tropical night sky in the Observatory, learn of our own planet's formation, and there's the small matter of a garrison of Stormtroopers wandering around upstairs...

We'll meet at 11:30am, at Woodside Ferry Terminal.

I'll be wearing the Mensa logo on a black, baker's apron, so please look out for me - let my foolish appearance be for good reason.
